Adults Are Useless: Though the staff seem to value their students in their studies, they can be pretty neglectful to their social and emotional needs and being outright encouraging of the sorts of things teachers should try to have their students avoid, such as a group of teachers excitedly watching a bunch of kids fight instead of breaking it up, dismissivly allowing Alpha Bitch Boscha to pick on students right in front of them or principal Bump having no problem endangering kids with death threats via attempted dissection, brainwashing them in "detention", or punishing students for wanting to learn more than one type of magic.
